For each tactic, add a deadline. Without a timeline or deadline, things don’t happen. Remember to be realistic, but daring.
When will you accomplish this task? If it’s getting a photograph done, the deadline could be within the next month. Perhaps its finishing a first draft of a manuscript, where the deadline could be in four months.
Sometimes, the tactic isn’t connected to a final end result, but is an ongoing practice you want to embrace. An example of this would be to write so many words per day, or submit to so many publishers per month.
If your tactic in connected to a particular conduit, there’s an option to add that as well into your plan.
Group your tactics so those with the quickest deadlines are all together, regardless of what strategy they’re associated with. This will make it easier to track when you check in.
